    Remarkable Podcast!
Dr Tabitha and her guest look at the WHOLE woman- her history, diet, relationships, traumas, health issues, & faith. The best way to heal is not pushing more prescriptions at women but to heal them holistically. Way to go, Dr Tabitha!

    Episode with Ashley
This seemed like a 30” commercial for trialing your app & for taking your certification to become a coach, leaving your professions & make money. Ashley didn’t give any details about her “ journey”? Did she lose weight? How much & how did she lose & how? What if your listeners do NOT want to become coaches, but do want to get healthy? What are the benefits of having the app? What does the app cost? It sounded like two of you cheering each other on to start your first group of coaching certification. Disappointing.

    Thank you!
I just listened to my first episode and I am blown away by the information regarding HRT. I can not wait to meet you, Dr. Tabitha and get answers as to why I’m feeling so lousy. Thank you for your dedication to women’s health!

I’ve been learning so much about perimenopause that I didn’t know beforehand. I’m one that prides myself on learning about health and I can say that I’m so glad I came across Dr. Tabatha!! Must listen to her podcast for hormone health.

    Dr. Tabatha is PHENOMENAL
I only recently discovered Dr. Tabatha, but I can’t even begin to explain how TRULY GRATEFUL I am for the information she provides, the detailed explanations, the personal history… all of her efforts are genuinely helpful, impactful, and yes - life-changing! Hypothalamus/Putuitary/Adrenal Axis (HPA Axis) dysfunction was mentioned to me by my doctor, but my doctor didn’t have the time/resources to really help me understand. I went searching & found Dr. Tabatha and am now learning more from her podcasts every day. Highest recommendation!

I am on HRT AND I have lost over 10# in less than 2 months by intermittent fasting, removing all gluten and processed foods adding daily exercise… i feel great…NOW TIME TO TACKLE THE SLEEP!!!

    Mind Blowing
I just listened & watched episode 220 with Dr. Peter Martone. Wow. Thank you. I learned that I am cross dominant! Yes my brain is always spinning. 😵‍💫 I am going to put into practice sleeping on my back with a neck pillow. I also love that Dr. Tabatha loves the Lord and is up there with Dr. Mary Clare Haver, and the other top functional medicine Gynecologist that want to help women understand their bodies.

    THANK YOU!!
Thank you for creating this very informative show! It’s only taken me 5 years to find a Dr that would put me on HRT. Why is this so hard for the medical field to rally around us women. Why is Menopause still in the shadows and the information we need is not clear and concise. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and knowledge.

    Hugely informative
This podcast has given me so much information I was lacking to make good decisions about my own health. I was in the dark about so many things going into perimenopause. Thank you Dr. Tabatha for shedding light on the things we need know to understand the changes in our body!

    Waking up
Thank you so much for all of this information. I am so happy to have found you by listening to Dr. Jenn’s podcast. Your personal story is inspiring and brought tears to my eyes. I was also a teenage mom at age 17 and definitely experienced things I could not understand. God bless. Keep me it coming.

Love her outside of the norm approach
Really enjoy this podcast. You can hear her heart. It’s genuine and genius. Wish more physicians could get onboard with this way of practicing medicine. Learning a lot and grateful for it.

    Very informative
I recently happened upon your podcast when searching for answers around high cholesterol and saw this podcast on breast cancer. I am a HER2 “survivor”. I wish you had touched on that and where it comes from. That’s the one breast cancer that from what I can find that conventional medicine therapies can help but now I wonder if that is really true?

Love Dr. Tabatha! A wealth of knowledge!
Love love listening to Dr. Tabatha! I have learned so much, and I am thrilled that she thinks and believes the same way my own integrative physician does! P.S. I do have one request - please adjust the volume between your ad at the very beginning of each episode and the actual start of “hey it’s Dr. Tabatha”. The beginning is so much louder and I am typically in the middle of a workout, can’t adjust and my ears are blasted. Thank you so so much!!

    Life Changing
Dr T, you have changed my life for the better in so many ways! I am now taking total control of my health and am on the road to mental, physical and spiritual well being, so thank you! It’s a long and winding road, so I will practice patience and flexibility, but thanks to you I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Can you please do a specific podcast for late teen to 20 something women explaining about how the birth control works and what the pitfalls/dangers are in being on it long term. I want to share so many of your episodes with my daughters, but I need something pointed and specific. Thanks for all you do! B

    Down to earth!
Thank you Dr Tabatha for dedicating functional medicine to your practice. I now know that what my body is putting me thru is normal and I can make a plan of action to ride this wave.

Asks listeners to “reaffirm your belief in Christ as your savior”
Oh no. I was such a fan of Dr. Tabatha and this podcast and was excited for today’s episode about Faith. However, I was disappointed and honestly shocked to hear her describe Faith, in her words, as “believing in Christ as your personal savior.” Ouch. I am of another faith, so Dr. Tabatha just kicked me out of her listenership by making it clear that her show is NOT intended for me at all. It’s really a shame that she decided not to include people of all faiths and belief systems. Health and healing should (and must) mean accepting and embracing people of all religions, not pushing one. I can no longer support or listen to this podcast. So disappointing, unnerving, and frankly hurtful.
  • Hottie95503
    So informative
I absolutely love listening to your inspirational podcast each week. I have been able to gain so much knowledge and takeaways from each episode. I’m grateful to have someone like you trying to stay on top of functional recommendations for us women at all stages of our life!

    Amazing!
Thank you for creating this podcast. It is so refreshing to hear an OBGYN who is trained in functional medicine and seeks to solve the root problem not just treat symptoms. You have covered so many topics that I can relate to. Keep doing the work that you’re doing!

    God Sent
Dr. Tabatha seems like such a sweet person with an amazing soul. She really is on a mission to improve and help women’s health. I was touched by her podcast on how low estrogen was ruining her life. So powerful that she shared it with us. Us women tend to put up a front that all is well. We need to unite and share with one another. Dr. Tabatha: I appreciate you and your work. I’m glad you didn’t quit when hormones were making you feel down. We need you and we love you. I have made positive changes in my life because of you and I’m gaining all the knowledge possible to support my little girls when they get older. You are impactful and what you do is powerful. I pray that you remain healthy and well! Much love.

    One of my favorite podcasts
Dr. Tabatha really touches upon and pinpoints the subjects that I often think about in my journey to maintain my health as I age. No one talks about WOMEN’S physical & mental health the way she does in honest and layman’s terms which makes it easy to follow along and become informed. I always enjoy listening to her podcasts with her knowledgeable guests. I feel as if I am in a community of seeker’s and less alone in my curiosity and quest for the best health advice I can find. Dr. Tabatha’s podcasts often satisfies this for me. I appreciate what you do! Please keep talking about perimenopause/menopause, hormone stability, medication alternatives, bio identical treatment and any innovative solutions you come across your audience is listening! Thank you!

5 out 5 stars! I love that Tabatha digs into what is normal and what is not! She gives practical and simple steps we can take ourselves to overcome health complaints and take charge of our own health.

    Finally, the Honest Truth!
Dr. Tabatha is the real deal! As a long time critical care nurse I strive to always be learning more about health and my own personal needs. I was shocked to find out that during perimenopause there was so little help for us out there… But now, thanks to the hard work of Dr. Tabatha and colleagues like her… I feel saved! There is hope and finally, a gynecologist that will LISTEN to YOU! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Love the help!
Thank you for all of the helpful information! I have a question on episode 91 with Catharine Arnston, she recommends algae for energy and nutrients in pregnancy but how much is safe considering the vitamin A content? Can I take it with my prenatal?

    Such good information!

    Amazing Dr. and content
I first found Dr Tabatha last Fall when she spoke about breast cancer and health. I have ever since followed her podcast and absolutely love her. She is so caring, smart, funny, and genuine. I hope to one day soon work with her. I appreciate all she is sharing, it is life changing. Thank you!
  • jewlz2963
    What am I missing?
I started with her first season so maybe I didn’t listen enough but all I’m getting is her as a 20 minute commercial to become her patient and the guests she has on. There was no recommendations or info for pre menopause amd menopause. :(
  • pradocintia
    You’re an Angel from God!
You have no clue how much light you are bringing to my 50 years (!!) dealing under the tyranny of my imbalanced hormones. I’ve been learning so much just with one episode, that is insane! And as a “natural” person I absolutely love your approach on the subject! And yes, I am already making changes! I am sure I am finally in the right pathway to “hormonal freedom”! 😄 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
  • Bidia 2004
    Amazing
I’m only on episode 3 but I’ve learned more in the last 2 episodes than in my entire life (I’m 37). She breaks things down into great detail but still makes it easy to understand. I work in the medical field and functional medicine is something I’d never heard of. Now I’m fascinated!!! I can’t recommend this podcast enough. Thank you, Dr. Tabatha, for sharing your immense wisdom with us.

    It’s OK
I’ve tried listening for the past several months— General Comments *The host, who actually has an MD, seems to have an amazing life story. Congratulations to her for her hard work, success, and her efforts to be an inspirational role model. *The host’s sugary sweet voice is annoying (for me anyway). A Summary of Every Podcast *Traditional doctors are (generally) “bad.” *Traditional medications often have negative side effects. *Most health problems can be traced to the negative impact of traditional medications, stress, hormones, bad health choices, bad diet, leaky gut, and environmental toxins. Recommendations *For someone who knows absolutely nothing about preventative health, this podcast may be helpful, but the rest of us will probably need “more.” *I’m sure things have greatly improved since Dr. T began practicing (and maybe it’s just “me” since I tend to see my doctors as “health partners” instead of “health Nazies”), but I’ve never had a problem with my “traditional doctors.” *I’m a multi-event cancer survivor, and my medical team (which includes traditional doctors from across many disciples), has been open to nontraditional, (“functional”) approaches since Day #1.” Their attitude has always been, “Sure, try it” (as long as it does no harm). FYI— In full-disclosure, I have “fired” several doctors along-the-way because they were not good fits.” *Research-based health podcasts with “more meat” include, “Mind Pump,” “The People’s Pharmacy,” and actual medical podcasts, including “The New England Journal of Medicine.”
